Is Your Fatigue More Than Just Tiredness?
Select any symptoms that describe how you've been feeling for weeks or months:
Fatigue Has Many Causes — Not Just One
Persistent fatigue can be a symptom of many treatable conditions. Rushing to a "chronic fatigue syndrome" label without excluding these misses opportunities to fix the underlying problem. Our workup systematically rules out the common and the treatable first.
Anemia & Nutritional Deficiencies
Iron, B12, vitamin D and folate deficiencies are common and highly treatable causes.
Sleep Disorders
Obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs and poor sleep hygiene cause severe daytime fatigue.
Depression & Anxiety
Mental health conditions often present first with physical fatigue and low motivation.
Your Fatigue Evaluation Journey
Detailed History
Onset, pattern, duration, triggers, sleep, mood and functional impact.
Comprehensive Lab Workup
CBC, iron, B12, D, thyroid, glucose, liver, kidney, ESR and inflammatory markers.
Targeted Further Testing
Sleep study, autoimmune panel or imaging if the initial workup is unrevealing.
Structured Management
Treating the cause; pacing, graded activity and sleep support for ME/CFS.
Real Diagnosis. Real Management.
Fatigue that persists for months deserves a thorough evaluation. In many cases, we find a treatable cause and the patient recovers. Where the diagnosis is ME/CFS, we offer evidence-based pacing and support.

callSpeak with our care teamChronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a complex long-term condition characterised by profound fatigue lasting more than six months, not relieved by rest, along with cognitive difficulties, unrefreshing sleep and post-exertional worsening of symptoms.
Ordinary tiredness improves with rest and sleep. CFS fatigue is severe, lasts months, is not relieved by rest, worsens after activity (post-exertional malaise) and significantly limits daily function.
The exact cause is unknown. It often follows viral infections, and may involve immune, neurological and hormonal dysfunction. It is a real medical condition, not psychological.
There is no single test. Diagnosis is clinical, based on characteristic symptoms, after excluding other causes of fatigue such as anemia, hypothyroidism, sleep apnea, diabetes, depression and chronic infections.
Evaluation typically includes complete blood count, iron studies, thyroid function, blood sugar, vitamin B12 and D, liver and kidney function, ESR, CRP, and sometimes sleep studies or autoimmune panels.
There is no definitive cure, but many patients improve significantly with a structured management plan focused on pacing, sleep, graded activity and symptom control.
Post-exertional malaise (PEM) is a hallmark of CFS — symptoms worsen significantly after physical, mental or emotional exertion, often 12–48 hours later, and may last days.
Coverage depends on your policy. Hospitalisation for fatigue evaluation is usually covered. Contact the hospital desk to confirm details.
